Point-welded board-like fence system

The fence system made for professional use consists of boards with a width of 2 and 2.5 meters, the assembling is quick, it is not costly, the shelf-life is long. The array of usage is rather wide:

· the poor

· the rich

· the companies (sites, factories, warehouses)

· municipal governments (kindergartens, schools, sports fields, playgrounds)

· residential areas, newly built blocks of flats

· family houses -for the street front and the side fences.

(they can be varied with the laths that impede the peeping in, that protects form the curious neighbours)

The boards are available with a width of 200 and 250 cm and various heights: from 100 cm to 250 cm. At one end of the boards there are 3-cm high vertical thorns that can be placed at the bottom or at the top. The horizontal propping ribs provide exceptional rigidity to the boards. The panel’s horizontal division is between 10-25 cms as it is required by the board’s propping. The diameter of the galvanised wires is 3.8 mm, the painted panels have 4 mm.

The boards are made of galvanised wire, the coloured ones are painted with powder paint after the galvanisation and burnt in furnaces.

The pillars are galvanised in and out according to the EN 10326 standard, the painted ones are made similarly to the panels. The stock is between 1,5 meter to 3 meters, both the version that can be placed into concrete and those that can be drilled with a leg.

We can produce in 200 colours, but this depends on the order.

(10-20 pieces is not sufficient to heat up the furnace)

We launched our circular route!

We are launching the circular line for those who are buying 2-3 only or even 10-20 coils of wire-net, fence panel and other accessories. This quantity is not enough for a truck because of the high transportation costs.

Thus we thought we are collecting 10 orders from any point of the country and we are delivering your orders to your house at cost-price. We are launching this line every week.

In practice we are collecting let’s say 10 orders of 100 kg each. With these 10 orders there is a small truck of 1 tonne going round the country, and it can deliver the orders at various places.

Let’s suppose: altogether it travels 1000 km. The total cost of this consignment is ~ HUF 75,000 (fuel, highway fee, salary of the driver)

We are dividing this HUF 75,000 by 10 (in case of 10 orders). In this way the cost of one order and the related delivery is HUF 7,500. (this is how we can deliver the goods from Nyíregyháza to Nagykanizsa for HUF 7,500),

This is just an example for a quantity of 100 kg.

Of course the fee of transportation can vary depending on the weight of the ordered merchandise.

We are always giving the concrete delivery fees for the orders.
