I would like to describe in a few words and pictures the procedure of constructing a fence.
Usually the boys are setting off at dawn.
They are setting off
Sometimes they travel across the country till they get to the destination
They are arriving
They are checking the corner and break points together with the owner
The break-points, too.
First they are setting the corner pillars to which the strings can be tensioned.
They are drilling the holes along the string.
While two boys are drilling the holes, the others are carrying the pillars and the wire-mesh to the right points.
If the soil is hard, then even 4 people can grasp the drill.
Where the hole is already made, they put it into the hole.
Then every pillar is levelled and pounded properly.
While the 2 boys are drilling the holes, the boys who have distributed the pillars are already placing them.
They are placing.
And they are placing.
If you are looking at the line of the concrete pillars, you have to see this picture.
Then they keep proceeding with pulling the tension wire.
They are fixing the supporting pillars, too.
After the 3 lines of tension wires they are placing the wire mesh.
They fold the mesh onto the guiding wire.
They are tying the mesh to the pillars with a binding wire.
After tensing the thorned wire they start setting the iron gate.
When it is ready
there is the settlement.
Sometimes the boys are finishing by sunset.
It is dark when they are leaving for home.
This is how 1 day of the construction brigade looks.
Except for winter they have been building for more than 10 years.
